Bed linen and towels included. Linen to be changed every week. Towls to be changed twice a week. No beach towels.

Rent payable 50% within 2 weeks after confirmation of reservation, balance 1 month prior to begin of the rental period. On day of arrival we ask for a € 300,- cash deposit to be allocated on final invoice.

Arrival and departure date is Saturday. Departure until latest 11:00 a.m. / Arrival at 02:00 pm or later.

None.

Cleaning:
Final cleaning will be: Oliveira € 45,-, Figueira/Laranjeira € 65,-, Romanzeira € 75,-.

Extra services:
Use of washing machine.
Baby-chair, baby-bed, children car-seat on request.

Discounts available on long term bookings and/or bookings for several apartments for the same period. Please feel free to ask us.

Cancellation:
We kindly ask for your understanding, that it is necessary to charge a cancellation fee if the cancellation will be made in a certain period.
