The villa has three apartments, and there is a seperate house.
The three apartments are:

Oliveira	(Olive Tree)	for 2 persons	54 m² with 23 m² terrace (covered)
Figueira	(Fig Tree)	for 4 persons	91 m² with 26 m² terrace (covered with bamboo/gives light shadow)
Laranjeira	(Orange Tree)	for 4 persons	84 m² with 49 m² terrace of which 14 m² are covered

All apartments have been decorated affectionately with some antique furniture, decoration and original paintings. Inside doors, kitchen and bathroom drawers and cupboards are handcrafted by a skilled local carpenter. For inside and outside painting we have used natural paints and varnishes.

The apartments are equipped with the following:

wood/coal fire stoves / fire place
modern electrical heating DUO-Therm in all rooms
Satelite TV, DVD-Player, Radio
Ceiling ventilators in the bed rooms
1 washing machine for all apartments

(Pomegranate)

for 4 persons

110 m² with private terrace
